- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient at this practice for years and can say with confidence that the quality of care and service has drastically deteriorated. Should patients be punished or chastised for their frustration in trying to navigate the phone / messaging bureaucracy here; or for not using their sketchy Einstein-affiliated referral specialists? Overall my recent experiences with this office were a huge hassle that left me with a super weird feeling about their agenda and apparent lack of genuine care for patients. There's nothing really special about this office, so if you want to walk on eggshells….be my guest, but there are plenty of other doctor’s offices in the area that will gladly take your business minus the arrogance.August 18, 2017by Family Pratice Review
